Concrete Cutting Franchise Opportunity
Trip Hazard removal business Franchise

About Us

Company History

In 1992, Ballard Gardner began looking for an easier way to remove trip hazards from sidewalks. Being dissatisfied with the machines that were commercially available, Ballard built many machines of his own design. One of his improvements led to the machine and process that is patented.

Now, over sixteen years since the company's founding, Precision Concrete Cutting has repaired uneven concrete hazards from over 4,000 miles of sidewalks. Back in 1992, we were a small local business based in Provo, Utah. We are now a multi-state group of trip hazard removal specialists continuing to expand.

We are looking to expand our franchises across the US and Canada, and into the UK and Australia. We are looking for motivated, hard-working entrepreneurs who are ready to be successful at an excellent opportunity.
